Since 2014, the Singapore Silent Heroes (SSH) Awards has celebrated the quiet heroism of ordinary people who work tirelessly in the service to others. Embodying the values of compassion, selflessness, and empathy, these individuals have contributed towards those in need through causes and missions without seeking recognition for their deeds. The awards are an initiative of non-profit organisation CAS.

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the SSH Awards, the organising committee has launched the inaugural Silent Heroes Student award category, to recognise students who have shown exemplary work and commitment to help those in need. The expansion of these “Silent Heroes” into an alumni network also allows a greater difference to be made via activities, programs and support networks. By virtue of this award, we hope to create waves of inspiration towards the rise of more everyday silent heroes.

Current CAS operations in line with these objectives are fuelled by passionate individuals and generous donations. Funds and resources are ultimately critical to keep this compassionate machine running. As such, we seek your kind support in hopes of being able to categorically impact more people with greater financial, emotional and social support as well as inspire others to follow in the footsteps of those doing good. The funds obtained will be used in the logistics required such as groceries for distribution to families, sports facilities and equipment for youths and booking of places for visits conducted, amongst others.

Greater waves can truly be made together. Looking forward with utmost gratitude to your generous support to do more good work and succeed in our charitable mission.

We rely on sponsorships and contributions to fund our activities.
We very much appreciate your kind support towards our causes.
Our sincere thanks with gratitude.
