In celebration of SG60, Mediacorp Tamil News and Current Affairs has organized a program called 'Namma Kuttam' to highlight the importance of families.

The program, which celebrates family bonds and unity, is being organized in collaboration with the Civilians Association Singapore.

Around 400 people are attending the banquet, which will be held at The Chevrons Hotel.

Local stars like Suryamoorthy, Sudashini, Vishnu Balaji and many others are waiting to entertain them.
Dinesh Vasu Dash, Minister of State for Culture, Social Affairs, Youth and Human Resources, will be attending the event as special guests along with his wife.

"The foundation of our society is the family," said N Gunalan, Head of News and Current Affairs, Mediacorp Tamil.

He said that 'Sathi' wants to play a key role in perpetuating those essential qualities across generations.

MP Sellvem, President of Civilians Association (Singapore), said that 'Namma Kuttam' is a programme that celebrates the bonds between generations in our society.
